I have lived through many of the same life struggles you are currently experiencing; my old story is likely not much different then your current one. My coaching philosophy is that our thoughts, beliefs and perceptions create our reality. The way we think, what we believe and how we perceive is what determines our emotional and behavioural reactions and ultimately, how we experience our lives. The first step to transforming is becoming aware of our thoughts!
