Hey there, I’m Hilary, your Cognitive Behavioural Coach!  What’s that you ask? Well, essentially, I help my clients get out of their own way by helping them shift their mindset.

Using the Cognitive Behavioural approach, I help my clients identify, challenge and change self-defeating and unhelpful thoughts and beliefs, develop productive behaviours and become more skilled at emotional management; all of which impact and affect how they show up in their professional and personal worlds.

The premise of this coaching methodology is that your outcomes are a direct result of your thoughts, beliefs and interpretations of the events, circumstances or people in your life.  How you feel and the actions you take are a direct result of what you think!  My clients are executives, managers, entrepreneurs and the ‘self-aware’ that understand ‘what is’ doesn’t have to stay ‘as is’!
